MIGRATING TO VGEN
I am currently in the process of moving all commission inquiries to my VGEN! This means if you are looking to commission me, it must be via there. However, commission information can still be found below for ease of access.

MISCELLANEOUS

I offer designs such as for logos, shirts, tattoos, emojis, stickers, etc! pricing can sometimes vary on complexity and subject, especially for tattoos. Char icons can be used for things like toyhouse or other character storage platforms.
UNCOLORED

Fullbody ----------------- 70
Uncolored usually includes lined work or a refined sketch. sketched concept work also fall under this category.
FLATCOLORED

Lined and colored work. I can add minimal shading or rendering for +20! but for simplicities sake this is primarily listed as flatcolors.
RENDERED

Rendered/painted in full. These can be done as isolated renderings or in a proper full scene with backrounds.
CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGNS

If you're looking to spiff up an existing character or even change them entirely, I can work with you directly to redesign a character of choice. Pricing could increase depending on desired complexity/extras.
REFERENCE SHEETS

Reference sheets are flatcolored fullbodies by default. You can add on extras such as headshots, halfbodies, expressions, etc as you please! I wont charge for tidbits or like trait isolations.
CUSTOMS

A fully custom character from scratch. Pricing could increase depending on desired complexity or any desired extras, as noted under reference sheets.
3D MODELS
3D models can take weeks to years of time depending on model complexity. Rigs can be added to any level of model, but it is reccomended to only get a rig if you are planning on animating the model or wish to also commission an animation for the model.

Rig pricing heavily varies depending on complexity, would have to be discussed. Due to the variety of my 3D models I suggest talking to me directly regarding what you are looking for to get more specific pricing.
I can export any models to be 3D printable if desired! especially fake funkos :)
TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENTS

Payments for full color, lined, or painted commissions are made after the initial sketch has been made. For any other commissions, payment is due upfront.

I am very fluid when it comes to payments. I work off a trust system.

All payments are made directly via Vgen, or, Paypal, Cashapp, or Venmo.
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All currency conversion costs are up to the responsibility of the customer.

Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received to me is the amount agreed upon for a given inquiry.
REFUND POLICY

You the customer have the right to request a refund at any stage before the halfway point, depending on the commission type and the work put into it.

Nearly complete commissions are not eligible for refunds.

Commissions that are at the halfway mark will only be issued a partial refund.
USE

All commissions come with default commercial use for monetized content. This means the client is free to use the commissioned work in icons, banners, thumbnails, promotional posts, and similar.

My work cannot be resold or put on merchandising of any kind. It in itself cannot be used for further financial gain by third parties.

Under no circumstances is my work to be used for NFT, blockchain, AI training, or similar generative technology.
CANCELLATION

I reserve the right to cancel your commission at any time.

Refunds may be issued in the event of a cancellation in which the commission did not move beyond the sketching phase. Nearly complete commissions may only be eligible for partial refunds.
